In order to ensure that your privacy is protected, we must call and speak to you personally before we can register you for SGI Online Services. We will call you within two business days at the number you provide below to ask several security questions which will enable us to verify your identity. Once your identity has been confirmed and your information has been processed, you will receive an email providing you with instructions to complete the registration process. Note: Each family member must be registered separately. The same email address may be used for each.
